Samira Mighty revealed the 20-year-old barmaid quit the chat just days after she walked out of the reality show with her boyfriend Sam Bird.
It was believed she squabbled with her castmates just a day after watching Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham win in the final and abruptly quit the group.
But Georgia claims she was booted out of the WhatsApp chat, but it was an innocent mistake, as she said on Aftersun tonight: "There were two bloody Georgias in the WhatsApp group wasn't there? And then you kicked me out (pointing at Adam) and then obviously it was me who left the group.
"But it wasn't me, I got removed!"
It was later revealed by ex Islander Frankie Foster that Sam Bird followed suit and left the group.
But it wasn't intentional, as Frankie told The Mirror: "I think it was an accident. Sam joined back in and said 's*** I left the wrong group'.
"Sam and Gee both left and I think Sam just left the wrong group.
"There's so much going on in that group you lose track. I think they're both back in now."
Frankie added: "We've obviously all got loads going on were doing similar stuff. People will chuck a message in, [saying] 'who's doing this tonight?'. The group chat is still busy."
Georgia clashed with the likes of Megan Barton Hanson, Ellie Brown and Laura Anderson in the paradise villa.
Ellie was then hit with a social media backlash after she called Georgia an "ugly c****" during their epic row.
She took to Instagram once she'd left the villa to publicly apologise.
Caroline cornered Megan and asked her about her feud with Georgia on Aftersun tonight.
Asked why she said she didn't like Georgia, Megan replied: "It's not that I didn't like her, I just didn't get her. I'm introverted and shy and I Georgia is (loud). I wasn't used to being around people like that."
Caroline then turned to Georgia, who said: "Don't worry about it babe it's fine" as she looked awkward and sipped her wine.
