Love Island 2019 is premiering on June 3, with a new batch of singletons heading to Majorca for a summer of love.
Kicking off in a week, Love Island has delighted fans with the line-up release before the show’s first airing.
Contestants hoping to bag a partner and the £50,000 prize money include a catering company founder, a fire fighter, an air hostess and a beauty therapist.
Caroline Flack will once again be hosting the ITV2 show, and will be present during the coupling stages of the competition.
On the bill this year includes Yewande Biala, 23, from Dublin.
The scientist has likened herself to past contestants including Camilla Thurlow, a bomb-disposal expert, and doctor Alex George, and cites there are “loads of intelligent people on reality television.”
Camilla appeared on the 2017 series and pressed pause on her humanitarian work for her chance to find love on the programme.
Alex George, an NHS doctor, proved a popular choice on the show, and has since returned to the hospital he previously worked at.
Yewande said: “Every time I say that I’m a scientist, people are shocked.”
Despite having brains and beauty, the brunette bombshell has admitted she’s a “terrible flirt”.
And she could become Georgia Steel 2.0 as Yewande has claimed she is “very loyal” and has never cheated on anyone, despite being cheated on multiple times.
While her dating life in the past has faltered, with numerous disastrous dates and Tinder mishaps, the beauty is hoping her stint in the villa will be a fruitful one.
But she won’t be coupling up with a man with a big ego, as arrogance for her is a big turn-off.
With her celebrity crush Anthony Joshua, no doubt she’ll be eyeing up a famous boxer’s brother who is appearing on the show.
