LITTLE Mix star Perrie Edwards was left green around the gills after attempting TikTok's grim fizzy pop challenge.
The singer, 28, retched and almost vomited within minutes of trying out the craze, branding it "horrible".
TikTok users have been daring each other to "chug down" an entire can of Sprite in one go.
But the unadvised social media challenge just left Perrie gagging and heaving on the floor.
Moving around on the carpet on her knees, the mum-of-one tried to hold herself back from being sick as she said: "I'm feeling really sensitive."
She then retched several times, before laughing as she told her pal: "This is the stupidest idea!"
Sharing a video on TikTok and Instagram, Perrie wrote: "Me & @elliehemmings did the fizzy pop challenge on TikTok and this was the aftermath. HORRIBLE."
Perrie added: "Feeling so regretful."
HARD AT WORK
Meanwhile, Perrie has recently thrown herself back into work having returned from a sun-kissed holiday with her little family.
The Little Mix star, who has launched her own clothing collection, is mum to six-month-old son Axel, who she shares with Liverpool footballer Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
Last month, the trio jetted off to warmer climes for a family break and Perrie was snapped cradling her little boy while posing in a bikini top and shorts.
But now back in the UK, the singer recently filmed herself working in a swish at-home recording studio.
She captioned the footage: "Exciting things coming…"
