The 32-year-old sparked rumours she's had further procedures in snaps taken at Stansted Airport.
But she failed to offer a reason as to why her chin looked totally different.
Posting a video to fans, Lauren said: "I've seen pictures of me today… I was in a board meeting and they all turned around and said to me, 'that's not today' and I went, 'that is today'.
"I can assure you I have not had any surgery done.
"We literally are crying. Does my face look like that? No – and this is a video."
Yesterday fans were convinced Lauren had had work done with her face looking more defined.
She's been open about the procedures she's had done in the past since finding fame on Towie, including a breast job, rhinoplasty, liposuction and fillers.
But in her latest video, Lauren laughed as she denied the allegations.
Her former Towie co-star Vas J Morgan took to Twitter in an attempt to shame the trolls who attacked Lauren.
He said: "The constant shaming and trolling I see @LaurenGoodger endure is beyond ridiculous.
"You all shame her into what I can only image to be an insecure and dark place and then shame her more for having surgery to try and look how you all are telling her she should. LEAVE HER ALONE."
She replied saying: "Thank you Vas .. takes a lot for someone to speak out and stick up for me! Lots of love 2 you and respect."
This week Lauren posted a glam snap posing in the mirror, showing off her fantastic figure.
But trolls were quick to criticise her look.
One said: "Anything real here!?!?"
Another wrote: "Lauren you are starting to look like Pete burns !!! Your naturally pretty you don't need all them fillers."
Someone else added: "No more filler Lauren…. it's really spoiling your face."
And another fan said: "Aww lauren you was so pretty back wen towie started."

Earlier this month Laure revealed she'd dropped 5.5lbs in just three days at a juice retreat.
The former Towie star saw the weight drop off during a detox holiday to Portugal with pal Frankie Essex.
Writing her Now! magazine column, she confessed: "People get so hung up with the weight loss element, but it's so much more than that! It's a complete mind and body reset.
"Half the people that go there are slim with no weight to lose. It's a detox for your brain and health.
"Of course, the weight loss is amazing too and I lost about 5lb in three-and-a-half days, but I felt relaxed and revived."
The Sun Online has contacted Lauren's reps.
