The Grammy-winning singer, 32, turned heads at the 32nd American Cinematheque Award Presentation in LA in a jaw-dropping sheer halterneck dress.
Having struck up a bond during filming, Gaga and Sam greeted each other with a peck on the lips on the red carpet while posing for photos ahead of honouring their co-star and director Bradley, 43.
The singer-turned-actress looked radiant at the Beverly Hilton as she posed for photographs and seemed enamoured with Sam, 74, before taking to the stage to deliver Bradley's accolade.
Making sure all eyes were on her, Gaga complemented her see-through gown with a bold red lip and slicked back her blonde hair in a chic braided top knot.
Gaga captivated audiences last month with her turn as Ally in the critically acclaimed flick opposite Bradley, who played troubled Jackson Maine, and Sam as Bobby, Jackson’s much older brother and manager.
Speaking on stage, Gaga, real name Stefani Germanotta, was overcome with emotion as she delivered a moving speech.
She said: "I ran from Stefani for a long time. I put on a superhero cape and called myself Lady Gaga.
"You challenged me to deep dive into a place where I had to see her again, be Stefani again."
Meanwhile, Gaga recently confirmed her engagement to boyfriend Christian Carino.
The Star is Born actress revealed the news when she referred to the handsome talent agent, 49, as her "fiancé" while speaking at the Elle Women in Hollywood event.
Lady Gaga – real name Stefani Germanotta – and Christian have been inseparable since going public with their romance in February 2017.
The Bad Romance hitmaker sparked rumours of an engagement way back in November when she was spotted with a sparkling ring on her wedding finger.
Christian is a big time Hollywood agent who represents the likes of Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, Harry Styles and Simon Cowell.
The couple have been relatively tight-lipped on their romance but the singer did open up about their romance mid-tour in August 2017.
She gushed to Page Six: "When I went backstage, Christian was by the stairs making sure I was okay. The best part about being in love with someone is having them there to catch you if you fall."
