The Coronation Street star's son died minutes after being born 18-weeks premature in 2009.
Kym will remember the life of her late son Archie by having a family get-together for him on the 10th anniversary of his death.
The grieving mum, 42, wrote in her OK! Column: "Next Monday February 11 it will be 10 years since I lost my son Archie.
"I can’t believe it was a decade ago.
"I think about him every day but on his 10-year anniversary we’re going to celebrate his life – however short that may have been – by having a family get together at my house. "
She added: "It’s going to be an extremely emotional day, and there will obviously be tears.
"But it’s better for us to remember him and feel happy that he was here, than being overwhelmed by sadness because he’s not."
Kym, who is also mum to older children Emily and David and Polly, seven, whom she shares with Jamie Lomas (Archie's father), has always believed the spirit of her late son is around her.
She said in her column last year: "When I think of my late son Archie, I like to think his spirit is around me and when anyone’s going through anything tough, like a procedure in hospital, I do say to them: ‘I’ll get Archie to go and sit on your shoulder.’"
“A lot of people take comfort in thinking there’s something out there and I understand why, especially when you’re dealing with the loss of a child.”
Kym paid tribute to Archie on what would have been his ninth birthday too.
Posting a picture of her shrine to Archie, Kym said: “9 years ago today our lives changed forever. Our hearts will never heal and our tears will always fall because we miss you so much.
“I am so proud to have been your mummy. I wish we were having a party today with balloons and presents.
“I wish I had got to see your smile and hold your hand.
