Kim Fox (Tameka Empson) has had a court case hanging over her head in EastEnders, following a near-fatal car crash.
After winning a new motor at an awards ceremony, Kim crashed it into the Argee Bhajee after being distracted by incriminating messages on sister Denise Fox’s (Diane Parish) phone.
Plagued by guilt after putting Denzel Danes (Jaden Ladega) in hospital, Kim handed herself into the police, and has since been waiting to learn her sentence.
As the court case loomed, Kim found herself battling anxiety, as well as experiencing several terrifying panic attacks.
While Denzel urged Kim to tell Howie (Delroy Atkinson) about the attacks, she was keen to keep them to herself.
Though she had insisted on going alone, Kim was secretly pleased when Denzel and Howie joined her for the court hearing to offer their support.
As the hearing got underway, Kim pleaded guilty, before the prosecution appealed for the case to be transferred to crown court.
They argued that because Kim had previous driving offences, had used a mobile phone for an extended period of time behind the wheel and caused life-threatening injuries to Denzel, they believed their sentencing powers may not be sufficient.
Unfortunately for Kim, the judge agreed.
She was released on bail with a driving ban and told to appear at crown court in due course.
With things looking serious for Kim, is she set to face time in prison for her actions?
