Images of the nine-bedroom property show the West Sussex home looking tired and strewn with rubbish amid her financial problems.
We also revealed how the star had blown much of her £45million fortune on plastic surgery, luxury holidays and a farm that cost her nearly £1million.
According to our source, the mortgage on her house is in excess of £1million, with over £100,000 in arrears.
However there are questions over whether the mother-of-five can afford the arrears and £10,000 a month repayments.
Earlier this month we revealed how the animal lover is being forced to flog her farmyard pets in a desperate bid to sort out her finances.
Most of the model’s menagerie is up for grabs including llamas, goats, pigs, sheep and horses.
Estranged husband Kieran Hayler, who she is divorcing, has been urged to find them homes.
Katie has since moved on from Kieran with toyboy personal trainer Kris Boyson.
