The 40-year-old posted the impressive illustration and a clip of the 16-year-old, who suffers from Prader-Willi and is on the autistic spectrum, reading out his note.
She captioned it: “My family Sunday’s ended with Harvey drawing and writing a Thankyou note to my sister @sophie_pricey and @harrybrooks88. amazing dinner as usual.”
As Harvey showed off his artwork to Katie’s sister Sophie and her boyfriend Harry, his proud mum could be heard encouraging him.
The clip went down very well with Katie’s fans who rushed to gush about how amazing the youngster is.
One person wrote: “Love this video, Harvey is an absolutely gorgeous boy and so clever at reading and drawing. You’ve done an amazing job raising him Xx”
While another remarked: “What an adorable son. He really has an artistic talent. Well done Harvey.”
And someone else wrote: “Harvey just melts my heart so an inspirational lad x x x”
Her post comes after she told Harvey’s absent dad Dwight Yorke that the “door is always open”.
In a post about Children In Need, the mum-of-five showered praise on parents who are raising children with complex needs and told Dwight, 47, he is welcome back into Harvey's life.
She said: "Harv as a baby just found these pics.
"I am so proud of the person he has become. For any of my followers bringing a child up with complex needs I admire you its not easy but it is totally worth it.
"To who has never been there for him just remember it’s never too late. The door is always open….."
