The 40-year-old mum-of-five, who was filmed rapping about loving cocaine during the controversial trip, left four of her children with their fathers but it was unclear where her eldest son Harvey was staying.
But now New! Magazine reports that her disabled 16-year-old was "looked after by a nanny and a neighbour" while she was off cavorting with her new toyboy lover Alex Adderson.
Jett, five, and Bunny, four, were with their dad Kieran Hayler and Junior, 13, and Princess, 11, currently live with Peter Andre.
The holiday, which started as a hen do, meant she missed their first days of school.
There were rumours that Katie hadn’t even spoken to her kids, which she disputed and posted a screenshot of her phone which showed she’d called daughter Princess for 60 seconds.
Harvey, 16, whose father is footballer Dwight York, suffers from Prader-Willi syndrome – symptoms include never feeling full which can lead to obesity and diabetes.
Katie has previously revealed that he has to take six different types of medication every day just to stay alive.
"If he doesn't take them, he will die," she once told This Morning.
Critics took to twitter to question where Harvey while Katie was abroad.
One said: "Where is Harvey at the minute??? He’s not been with her, neither have the other kids."
Another posted: "Where is Harvey? Who is he dumped with?
"Poor boy I bet he feels very alone as your other children are with their loving fathers. It's him I feel the most sorry for!"
However others defended Katie, saying she "may have needed a break".
One said: "I'm sure harvey is being looked after wherever he is because he has to have a routine etc. She probably needs a release from all the s**t, as i say shes only human."
