The cash-strapped star narrowly avoided bankruptcy at the end of last year and is trying to make money wherever she can.
The recent criticism started when Katie posted a cute picture of her two youngest kids bundled up in winter jackets and wrote next to it: "My gorgeous little babies looking cute in gorgeous coats from @children_fashion_uk they have been wearing the unique clothing since they were a lot smaller."
But fans immediately slammed her for tagging in a clothing line, with comments like: "I have never known any kids other than Katie Price's to be used in this way."
Another fan said: "OMG anything for a freebie!"
While this one didn't mince their words: "Disturbing amount of exploitation. I wonder how the children will look back on this when they are older."
But The Price didn't take these comments lying down, and hit back saying: "Actually I haven't been paid to do a post or been asked Thank you very much."
This is the second time in just a few months that Katie has been accused of using her kids to flog products.
In November she was accused of "cashing in" on her son Junior after posting a photo of him to promote a clothing line as well.
The star shared the photo with her 1.9 million Instagram followers, again tagging the fashion brand in the caption.
With 13-year-old Junior smiling at the camera in a trendy jumper, Katie captioned the snap: "J in his @intensemenswear".
The star's fans immediately accused her of using her son to make money.
Katie has also resorted to putting her kids clobber on eBay in a bid to raise cash.
Just before Christmas she put more than £700 worth of her kids' crumpled clothes on the buying and selling site at rock-bottom prices – but most of it has received ZERO bids.
Out of the 29 lots, which include a pile of creased tops and a used babygro, only five of them have attracted any interest at all.
Despite the 40-year-old promoting the "KP family closet" site to her 1.9 million followers, bidders have avoided the deals, which include two Hugo Boss tops for £19.99.
One problem could be the presentation, with much of the haul – which would bag her well over £700 if sold – crying out for an ironing.
A pile of bargain-basement girls' tops, for example, look like they've spent several years at the bottom of a bin bag.
Equally unloved are a pair of crumpled Versace jeans for £39.99, a £15 D&G babygro and £20 Burberry shorts that would fit a two year old.
A pair of pirate shoes seem a good deal at £6.99, but they have zero bids too.
Katie launched the new kids' page in her burgeoning eBay empire on Saturday, posting: "Been clearing out all kids clothes too check it out."
She already has a popular eBay shop called Jordan's Closet – which revives the name she used in her glamour modelling days.
There, people can own some of the outfits she's been snapped wearing, with every winning bidder also getting a "pre-printed signed postcard".
Jordan's Closet does a much busier trade, with fans fighting over items including a £34 faux leather jacket and a £102 camouflage jacket with lips all over it.
