The American TV star shocked viewers with the revelation on tonight's Celebrity Big Brother's Bit on the Side.
She told Rylan Clark-Neal: "He told us he had a girlfriend, but that he doesn't have one anymore. They've broken up.
"He has told us 'I am not married'. But then we've seen all these notes being passed around.
"Then last night they shared a bed.
"They got really comfortable, she was in her little tidies."
Fans were left furious tonight that housemates were encouraging married Jermaine to share a bed with Chloe.
After several swaps, it ended up that Jermaine and Chloe would be sleeping together after exchanging flirt messages written in eyeliner.
Angered fans vented: "Does anyone else care that ya know, JERMAINE IS MARRIED! Imagine his poor wife right now watching this on tv! #CBB."
Another said: "Why is everybody in this f***ing house encouraging Jermaine to cheat on his wife!? It’s vile #CBB."
Someone else said: "I feel so so so so sorry for Jermaines wife #CBB."
It was left down to ex-Corrie actor Ryan Thomas to bring Jermaine back down to reality with a bump.
In a frank chat in the garden, Ryan told him: "I'm thinking it's a bad idea you getting in with Chloe.
"The way it will look.. even thought we're having banter.
"You'll cause yourself unnecessary problems for no reason.
"People in here, or on the outside or your missus will misinterpret it.
"I don't want you to get to that point where people start reading into it too much into it.
"For the sake of a headache with your missus."
Jermaine said it was "pure bants" and that he knew the limits, before adding: "All press is good press."
He then ignored pal Ryan's advice and shared a bed with Chloe anyway.
And his actions haven't proved popular with the public.
A fan added: "Jermaine misses has already seen him write a note saying he likes Chloe… I think it’s fair to say the trust is already dented and they will be having words when he’s out #CBB."
Someone else added: "Jermaine is a vile pig but chloe knows he's married, seriously what the hell are you doing hun and why are you so pleased about it #cbb."
Ryan Thomas and Hardeep Singh Kohli pranked the pair by leaving condoms on the bed.
The footballer discovers the condoms only seconds later, with Ryan giggling from his bed: "Jermaine mate, safety first."
The Billericay Town player is initially left in hysterics by the move, before he scolds: "That's bad! That's below the belt!"
The footballer declared his feelings for Chloe on Thursday, with a love-note written in eyeliner.
Viewers were left shocked by the romantic twist, considering Jermaine has been married to glamour model wife Alice since 2014.
The Sun revealed earlier this month that Alice had warned her husband: "You better not cheat" before entering the Borehamwood mansion.
Revealing the pair had showdown talks, a source said: "We're sure he will do his best to be good. Let's hope he can resist his hot housemates when the drinks starts flowing."
