Beryl was on the show with her former friend Matthew, who claimed she'd been spreading malicious rumours that he'd stolen her purse.
Matthew, 24, was keen to mend his reputation after 61-year-old Beryl's allegations – insisting she's "a horrible, evil, two-faced old hag" who has no friends and makes up lies.
He added: "She spreads rumours about me and it's not fair!"
When Jezza introduced Beryl on to the stage, she pulled a dog poo bag out of her pocket to give to Jeremy.
She said: "I am gorgeous to you… I've got something for you!"
The bag contained a jar of aniseed rock and Jezza couldn't get rid of it quick enough.
Jeremy said: "It's a dog poo bag! I mean, the thought was nice."
He then chucked the sweets at a stage hand and told them to put them backstage.
Jezza's viewers were amused by the gift, taking to Twitter to make their feelings known.
One wrote: "What's she brought for Jezza? Oh Christ, I thought it was gonna be a bag of dog s*** then"
Another wrote: "Thought she had a poo bag with her for a minute!"
And someone else added: "Why is she holding a dog poop bag? Is she going to fling s*** at him?"
