After Kail says she fears for her safety around Jenelle’s husband, Evans goes in.
The "Teen Mom 2" drama between co-stars Kail Lowry and Jenelle Evans rages on!
The two MTV personalities have been on the outs for years now, but new shots were fired between the two on social media this week after Lowry commented on a report about Evans’ husband, David Eason.
On Wednesday, The Ashley’s Reality Roundup tweeted out a story alleging "Teen Mom 2" crew members were "refusing" to work on Jenelle’s shoots "because they’re afraid of her husband." The report’s unnamed source added, "There have been multiple discussions among various crew member groups about the possibility of him coming to a location where we’re filming and opening fire if he’s in a bad mood or something, even if it’s just to scare us."
Responding to the tweet, Lowry said she "will not be attending any type of reunion on the same day or weekend as Jenelle & David for the same reasons."
Evans got around to responding to both the article and her co-star on Thursday morning, posting a series of Instagram Stories denying David’s interference with the show and calling Kail the dreaded C-word.
"#RumorAlert MTV doesn’t even come to my house to film, where David is. I solely film with my mom at lunches or with the kids and my mom," she wrote. "David is never involved. This was my contract ‘terms’ to begin with. Everyone still has to make a huge deal about David when he isn’t involved."
"My husband DOES NOT interfere with filming. Producers get angry when David is going to be at my child’s soccer games, or if i go to LA to do business etc .. they CHOOSE not to come," she added. "David never ‘waved’ his guns at anyone since they’ve met him. They just don’t understand #CountryLiving and how protective someone is of their family and their land."
As for speculation he might start "opening fire" during filming, Evans said, "And you think David would risk losing EVERYTHING over ‘having a bad day?’ Lose his family, house, wife, kids .. forever? Get the F–K out of here."
Though she didn’t refer to Lowry by name, it’s pretty clear that’s who she was talking about when she wrote, "Then you got this dumb c–t tweeting about me again to make herself relevant … All you have to worry about is ME babygirl."
Kail has yet to respond to the post.
Eason was booted from the MTV show last year, thanks to his transphobic and homophobic social media comments, though Jenelle has continued to film without him.
