The Love Island star enjoyed a night out at a restaurant with the beauty, who shared snaps of herself wrapping her arms around the hunk, 22.
Jack beamed as he spent the evening with Jazz, with the pair even linking arms in another intimate-looking snap.
Jack, 22, is back on the market following his split from girlfriend Laura.
The stars announced at the weekend that they have parted ways weeks after coupling up on the hit ITV2 show.
Speaking to Metro.co.uk, surfer Laura, 23, blamed "busy schedules" for the end of her romance with the semi-professional footballer, 22.
She said: "Sadly Jack and I have both decided to go our separate ways due to such busy schedules right now and not having the time to spend together.
"Feel truly blessed to have got to share my Love Island experience with him and to have made a friend for life.
"We will carry on supporting each other on this journey and I can’t wait to see where it takes us."
Her now ex-boyfriend Jack added: "We met in extraordinary circumstances and had an amazing time getting to know each other, both whilst in the villa and outside of it.

They are the third couple from this year's series to call it a day.
