Almost a week on from the grand final – which saw Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham crowned champions – all of the islanders will reunite on spin-off show, Aftersun, with host Caroline Flack.
Whether they've already been on the programme or not hasn't stopped the reality stars from bringing their pampering A-game.
Finalists Laura Anderson and Kaz Crossley both documented their beauty treatments on their Instagram Stories, with Laura, 29, having her eyebrows done at Westfield shopping centre yesterday.
Meanwhile Kaz, 23, had a new set of eyelashes put on today, batting her lids to show them off to full effect.
She wasn't the only one, as Dani, 22, had hers done yesterday, writing alongside a picture of herself: "Finally @nikkiatkins.london got my lash queen back! @essexlash only by the best."
But today she was less bothered about pampering and preening as she enjoyed a trip to Nandos with boyfriend Jack, 26.
Meanwhile, Laura turned her attention to her outfit today, heading to the shops with partner Paul Knops, 31.
Paul filmed them in the back of a taxi, with Laura eating a sandwich on the go before the retail therapy began.
Sam Bird, 25, was also accompanying his Love Island lady to the shops today, posting a snap of him on Instagram in the changing rooms of Topshop waiting for girlfriend Georgia Steel.
With his feet stretched out in front of him, he wrote: "The impossible mission of finding @geesteelx some shoes."
Other stars focused on getting their hair done, with Kendall Rae-Knight filming a boomerang of her with her hair in big rollers while on the train.
Finalist Josh Denzel also got in on the action, having his hair trimmed at a barbers in Finsbury Park, London.
He captioned the footage of him in the chair: "I'm back, sorry @wes.nelson."
