The actor, 51, helped Inbetweeners star Emily, 28, cover up as she got changed in camp, but got more than he bargained for.
Singer John couldn't help but take a peek at Emily’s boobs as he held the blanket over her.
Referring to their fellow campmates, former Torchwood star John assured her: “They can’t see any side boob, stand this way, oh now I can see them! It doesn’t matter as long as you don’t care.”
Television star Emily laughed and jiggled about under the blanket, saying: “They are so funny, boobs, they are just wobbly bits.”
John then told Emily: “Your right one is bigger than your left one,” prompting her to explain: “Yeah, there is always a bigger one.”
While Emily may have been the one in the nude on I'm A Celebrity, John recently shocked viewers of its ITV2 spin-off show I'm A Celebrity: Extra Camp when he dropped his trousers to expose his bum.
The entertainer showed off his tush while answering a series of quick fire questions on the programme.
When asked to show the favourite part of his body, he asked “really?” before pulling down his trousers.
Elsewhere in the episode John left viewers gobsmacked when he admitted that he once urinated in Prince Charles’ back garden and then stole two champagne glasses.

The Doctor Who star admitted: “I did a private performance for Charles and Camilla at a party at their house in the country, that's where I peed in Charles' garden because I was having a tour of the garden and couldn't get back to the house.”
He continued: “On the way out I took two champagne flutes. I got my friend to put one under the seat and told her no one would know.
“Then, two days later, a box arrived at the house in Cardiff from his office of four glasses with a card referencing 'we understand you like them'.
“To this day my dad drinks his whiskey out of those glasses with the fleur de lis on them.”
