ITV bosses have added a rather brutal twist to I'm A Celebrity… South Africa as the celebs will be forced to decide which of their fellow campmates will leave the show.
Tonight's episode will see Ant and Dec arrive in camp to give share the unfortunate news, announcing: "We bring news. For one of you, this will be your last night in camp. But this time, who that is, is up to you.”
This is the first time in the show's history that this decision will be in the hands of the stars rather than the public, with this all-stars special having been filmed in September.
Reacting to the news Carol Vorderman cries: "Oh no, that’s horrible!" While former royal butler Paul Burrell adds: "That’s not nice!"
It comes just a couple of days after Gillian McKeith and Shaun Ryder were sent home in the first elimination of the series.
In the show's first survival trial, they went up against Georgia "Toff" Toffolo and Phil Tuffnell, and Andy Whyment and Jordan Banjo.
And despite their best efforts, V nutritionist Gillian, 63, and former Happy Mondays singer Shaun, 60, were unsuccessful and therefore booted from the show.
But in the lead up to the trial, it wasn't all friendly between the pair, as Gillian was convinced that Shaun had specifically chosen her to be his partner as revenge over their longstanding past feud.
It was well-known that Shaun and Gillian didn't get on when they were last sharing a camp on the show together back in 2010, and even had a full-blown row.
And since then Shaun has publicly declared that he thought everyone in the camp was nice apart Gillian, who he claimed was "stuck up".
With this as a backdrop, upon hearing Shaun say her name and tell the camp that the reason he was picking her was because they "did work well together the other day" on their first challenge, Gillian was incensed.
"Oh for god sake no," the You Are What You Eat star exclaimed, before complaining that she didn't "want to go home".
Still frustrated and annoyed with the decision, she cried: "This is deliberate Shaun you did this on purpose."
"Why did you pick me?" Gillian asked, as Shaun simply said it was "because you're intelligent".
