The 37-year-old has the daunting task of stepping into Ant McPartlin's shoes and hosting the hit show alongside Dec Donnelly from November 18.
Holly shared a picture with the cake, which was festooned with koalas, flags and barbecues, writing, "Mmmmmm yummy ?…. my girls know what I like… thank you beautiful ladies."
She then tagged in pals including Baby Spice Emma, 42, and All Saints star Nicole, 43.
Her friends also gifted her the Lonely Planet guide to Australian language and culture, which claims to explain everything from "surf slang to outback jargon".
Plus, they gave her an Aussie hat with corks dangling from it to bat away flies – and a mug with all their faces on it.
Holly raved: "Oh my goodness… you’ve thought of everything! ?… just the best!!!! ? xxx"
The This Morning star has been keeping busy before heading to the Gold Coast in a few days' time.
She took her mum Linda out for a posh lunch earlier this week, sharing a picture of them at Annabel's in London's Mayfair.
Speaking about pal Emma's announcement earlier that day, she wrote: "On the day the @spicegirls announce a new tour… I took mine out for lunch… Mamma I love you…"
Last week The Sun Online exclusively revealed the gruelling schedule Holly will face as she begins filming I’m A Celebrity.
Her mum and dad will accompany her on the trip to take care of her three children, who are joining her in Australia.
A show insider told The Sun Online: “Everyone thinks Holly has got the easiest job but in reality it’s actually a really full on gig.
“She will have to start her day at 1.30am to make sure she is at the camp by 2.30am, which is when the work really starts.
“As with any TV shows, especially live ones, there are lots of meetings, rehearsals and script reading.
“Holly and Dec will watch back what happened overnight so they know exactly what is going on in the camp and with the celebrities.”
