Holby City fans will watch as Chloe (Amy Lennox) begins to tragically unravel after finding out the truth about her half brother Dom (David Ames).
Last week, Chloe discovered that her mother Ange Goddard (Dawn Steele) gave Dom up for adoption when he was born and she did not take the news well.
She will continue to go off the rails in the wake of the discovery as viewers will learn that she has a history of mental health problems.
In upcoming episodes, Chloe will be forced to operate alongside her long lost brother and Ange but she is unable to cope working so closely with the pair.
While operating Chloe realises that Ange and Dom are growing closer and she finds their bond unsettling.
As soon as he arrived, it became clear that Jac didn’t approve of his approach to treating his patients as she often questioned his medical practise.
Despite her attempts to lay down some ground rules for Kian, he derailed her at every turn and to her surprise she ended up being somewhat impressed by his surgical skills.
Over time Jac may start to doubt whether her former nemesis is after her position as Director of Cardiothoracic Surgery.
In an exclusive interview with Express.co.uk, Ramin revealed: “The rivalry’s not so much me trying to take her post in the hospital.
Evan Crowhurst (Jack Ryder) realises that Chloe is in a vulnerable and confused state and uses it to his advantage to try and get closer to her.
Despite appearing to be supportive, he later warns Ange to keep her distance for Chloe’s sake, but does he really have her best interests at heart?
Finding out that Dom is her half brother has taken its toll on Chloe but its a further revelation that tips her over the edge.
Together Chloe and Evan discover a second bombshell that will devastate Chloe and leave viewers concerned for the Holby City employee.
Will an increasingly fragile Chloe seek help or will controlling Evan use the situation to manipulate her?

“I don’t think Kian would want that more than a hole in the head because it would be too much paperwork and too much admin and bureaucracy.
“He just wants to be the great surgeon he is and not worry about that stuff, but that ruffles her feathers because there’s things she thinks he does need to worry about, because there are rules and people to answer to which Kian doesn’t want to do.
“So, I think they both kind of want the same thing when it comes to the medicine side of things.”
Will Kian betray Jac or will they learn to respect each other professionally?
Holby City continues Tuesday at 8pm on BBC One.
