The Geordie Shore star admitted her symptoms are "awful" and a flare up can leave her skin spotty and red raw.
The 27-year-old reality babe opened up about her skin condition and told fans: "Before taking @yorktestlabs test I would get these awful rashes on my face and chest which made me so self conscious!
"Nothing I did would make it go away."
She also shared a photo of her flawless chest after undergoing an allergy test – which made her aware of the foods she shouldn't eat.
Holly said it was a success: "Two weeks after cutting out everything I was intolerant to! My skin has completely cleared!
"After suffering for so long I honestly just wish I'd took the test sooner!
"If you're suffering it might help you."
The beauty made it clear to her fans that she wanted to share her experience and wasn't being paid to promote the company.
She went on: "Also this isn't an ad I'm not being paid to say this I just wanna let you all know it helped me"
Holly previously dated Kyle Christie but has moved on with former Leicester City striker Jacob Blyth since July last year.
They celebrated her birthday this week with a meal at Menagerie restaurant in Manchester.
He shared a photo of the pair dressed to the nines and captioned it: "Belated Birthday meal with this worldie"
Holly, who joined MTV’s Geordie Shore in 2011, is known as a health and fitness expert after her 2015 book, Holly Hagan’s Body Bible, where she told fans how she’d she lost three stone in twelve weeks.
She rejoined the show this year and recently partied with her pal Chloe Ferry with a night on the tiles in Newcastle as series 18 of the long running MTV reality show, Geordie Shore,continues.
The curvaceous beauties were spotted out in revealing outfits as they filmed scenes at the Tup Tup palace in Newcastle alongside a number of their co-stars.
It was an emotional evening for Holly, however, as her ex-boyfriend Kyle made a shock appearance at the venue.
