Emmerdale actor Emile John couldn't resist playfully flirting with Lorraine Kelly on Thursday.
The star, who plays Ethan Anderson on the hit ITV soap, appeared on the show to tease the explosive storylines set to rock the dales in the coming weeks.
Halfway through the chat, Lorraine was keen to ask Emile about his lockdown transformation.
Over the past 12 months he has beefed up after transforming his diet and workout plans.
Clearly impressed, Lorraine said: "Also young man you have been working out."
As a before and after shot appeared on the screen, she gushed: "Look at the difference there. Rather lovely."
Smiling, Emile replied: "That was back in lockdown one.
"I just thought iId focus on my fitness since there is nothing else to do, so why not get into shape.
"I really took it seriously and I started running and lifting more weights.
"I'd been working out with a friend who is a PT.
"Being on TV you need to look good and be prepared."

Joking about her own experience of lockdown, Lorraine continued: "I wish I had done what you had done.
"I got through lockdown by hovering by the fridge and eating."
Flirting back, Emile said: "Lorraine, you don't need to do that Lorriane.
"You are beautiful."
Sporting a light red flush, Lorraine beamed: "You are charmer. You can come back any time."
Emile's character Ethan is currently trying to track down his mum.
Ethan is on a journey of discovered but isn't sure what he will uncover.
Talking about the upcoming events, Emile said: "As much as he’s worried about the prospect of meeting his mum, he feels that it’s essential for him to do so.
"He doesn’t have any clue why his mum left. He was a baby – he was three, I believe – at the time.

"She was there one day and he heard arguing, and then she wasn’t there the next day."
‘He definitely felt abandoned, and because of the fact that he has no idea why she left, there’s a tension between him and his dad.
"Charles hasn’t explained at all why that was. Ethan has always harboured some kind of animosity towards his dad for that."
