Emmerdale‘s Daz Spencer considers making a shock exit from the village later this month in the aftermath of his horror hit and run.
As we recently revealed, Daz (Mark Jordon) will hit someone in the road next week when he makes the foolish decision to drive while drunk.
When Daz wrestles with his guilt in the days that follow, he decides that it might be safer to flee and looks up flights out of the country.
Desperate Daz buys a ticket and plans to take a bus to the airport, but just as he’s about to go, he spots that Kerry Wyatt (Laura Norton) has suffered a worrying health scare and collapsed in the road.
Although Daz briefly considers ignoring what he’s seen and heading off regardless, he realises he can’t do it and rushes to Kerry’s rescue – missing his flight in the process.
Later in the week, Daz makes a Plan B for his escape but this time it’s Amelia (Daisy Campbell) who stands in his way, catching him out and demanding to know why he’s leaving.
Will Daz make a dramatic getaway, or could his guilt be exposed to everyone before he gets a chance to?
Emmerdale airs these scenes on Monday, December 10, Tuesday, December 11 and Wednesday, December 12 at 7pm on ITV.
