Ellie Brown admits she's totted up £700 worth of parking fines and been slapped with three points since leaving Love Island as she rants about driving in central London

The blonde beauty has also been slapped with three points on her licence since moving out of the famous villa in July this year.

Ellie, who hails from Newcastle, made the shock confession over on her Twitter page, telling her 77,000 followers: "Actually excited to go back into Love Island for a few days just so I can’t get any congestion/ Dartford Tunnel/ restricted zone/ parking fines.

"£700 and three points later, safe to say I’m not used to driving in Central London.

"All genuine accidents too lol."

The 20-year-old star is set to return to the villa for this year's Christmas special, however, her tweet sent fans into meltdown as they thought she had revealed that she was returning for a whole new series of the ITV2 dating show.

One excited follower replied: "Didn't realise you was going back in, gonna tune in even more now.

"Any chance of leaking the start date?"

Another added: "Wait you actually go back into the Vila???? What?!!"

Earlier this month, it was confirmed that Caroline Flack will return to host the festive ITV2 special, with narrator Iain Stirling.

The show will feature 19 islanders from the summer series including Ellie and her ex-boyfriend, Charlie Brake.

Ellie was left devastated when the millionaire blindsided her by announcing that they had split on his Instagram page without her knowledge.

After their break up, friends close to Ellie told The Sun Online that she caught Charlie cheating, after a fan sent her pictures of him with having dinner with another woman.

A source added: "In the heat of the moment Charlie ended it but then rushed to Instagram to tell everyone; and that really upset Ellie.

"She felt incredibly hurt and disrespected."

Just one week later, Charlie went Instagram official with new girlfriend Kimberley Owen – although he has remained adamant that he didn't cheat on Ellie.
