EastEnders fans baffled as Dot is missing from friend Dr Legg’s funeral

EastEnders viewers were left utterly confused as Dot missed friend Dr Legg’s funeral – despite being left devastated by her death.

Dot, played by June Brown, was left heartbroken on Friday after her dear friend died.

However she missed the funeral, despite preparing a speech which Sonia later read out.

Yet she turned up to the wake later, reuniting with other original characters.

But viewers flocked to Twitter in confusion that Dot missed the service.

One tweeted: "As if Dot would miss the funeral but go to the pub do afterwards #eastenders."

While another commented: "Surely Dot could have spared the time to rock up? #Eastenders."
