David Jason says Jay Blades is ‘wonderful joy to work with’
Only Fools and Horses star Sir David Jason paid a heartwarming tribute to Jay Blades after working together on their new BBC series.
The TV icon sat down as a guest with Lorraine Kelly yesterday morning to discuss his recent cameo in the craft programme.
Looking at a photo of the pair together, Lorraine gushed: “Do you know what – that is the two loveliest men in telly.
“It’s a match made in heaven and it’s good fun.”
Jason then said: “In all seriousness though – with Jay Blades what you see is what you get. He’s so good and he’s so funny. He’s a wonderful joy to work with.”
