The Baywatch star could not resist giving Hayley, who at 38-years-old, is 28 years younger than him, a squeeze at the Gumball 3000 Rally Launch – a week after their wedding in Italy.
David, 66, looked cool in a white t-shirt and matching cap as he cosied up to his missus.
Hayley showed off her style wearing a floral summer dress which flattered her slim figure.
She ramped up the glam wearing a slick of red lippy and some love heart earrings.
David was clearly besotted with Hayley, a model from Neath, Wales, as the pair looked blissfully happy in the sunshine.
David was over the moon to get married to Hayley in a small ceremony in Puglia, Italy on July 31.
Guests included friends and family, plus David's two daughters Taylor, 28 and Hayley, 25.
Before the wedding, David told Entertainment Tonight: "We're gonna get married, but a very small wedding with her family in Puglia, which is southern Italy.
"And then from there we're gonna go to the Maldives and we'll stay underwater for about two weeks."
David revealed that his proposal to Hayley in 2016 was different from his first two to Pamela Bach and Catherine Hickland because "it wasn't an ultimatum."
He said: "I don't want her to get away. I want to trap her, because this is one that I really love, and this is the one when I got down on my knees and said, 'Will you marry me?' It was from my heart. It wasn't an ultimatum.
"My other marriages were kind of like, well, you've got to get married, or there was an ultimatum. This one is something that I wanted to do."
