Gemma Collins and Richard Blackwood have been confirmed as Dancing On Ice’s first official contestants.
The TOWIE star and former EastEnders actor were revealed to be the first two stars officially taking part in the new series.
The two celebs spoke about their preparations for taking to the ice when the show starts in early 2019 on today’s This Morning.
The GC did confessed that she was "scared and nervous" while also admitting she didn’t know how they would "lift me up".
Gemma, who has previously pulled out of I’m A Celebrity, told Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby she was "fully committed" to the show after clearing her diary.
She said: "I know how hard it is, I’ve done done my research Phil don’t worry. I’m scared I’m nervous, I don’t know how they’ll lift me up. I want to give it a go – the costumes, the fun factor."
Gemma revealed that her brother used to play ice hockey and she dreamed of being an ice skater as a young girl.
However, she never got to put on the white boots she obsessed over because of all her other activities.
While Richard, who played Vincent Hubbard in EastEnders, revealed that he grew up in Sweden so did have some previous experience on the ice.

Reality TV star Gemma is swapping her stilettos for a pair of skates when she takes to the ice for next year’s series.
Gemma, 37, was gutted to be ‘snubbed’ for Strictly Come Dancing but will be able to demonstrate her dancing skills in the rink.
She caused drama on Big Brother and I’m A Celebrity but found success in the kitchen recently on Celebrity Masterchef.
The GC has a reputation for being a bit of a diva which could lead to some explosive clashes with the judges.
The rest of the line-up has yet to be confirmed but the show’s Twitter page has been teasing the identity of next year’s contestants.
Former Strictly Come Dancing star James Jordan was previously ‘revealed’ as the fifth celebrity to sign up to the ice dancing show – according to some fans.
Others maintained that the male celebrity, with his face mostly concealed by a hat in the deliberately anonymous photo, could be former Bros star Matt Goss or even Shayne Ward.
One eagle-eyed fan pointed out that the Strictly pro, who has partnered Alex James, Gaby Logan and Georgina Bouzova, has a mole on his neck that’s similar to one shown in the mysterious picture.
