Corrie’s Gary Windass to make shocking killer confession

Coronation Street viewers know that cast member Gary Windass (Mikey North) is behind Rana Habeeb’s death, after it was revealed he caused the Underworld factory roof collapse.

However, no one on the Corrie cobbles know that Gary was responsible at the moment.

But Coronation Street spoilers have revealed that that all changes on the ITV soap next week as Gary confesses.

Peter Barlow will be seen lunging at Gary in the Rovers as he blames him for ruining Kate and Carla Connor’s lives.

After this, guilty Gary heads to the solicitors’ office to see Rana’s brother Imran (Charlie de Melo).

In a teaser clip of Friday’s episode, Gary tells him: “You were right.

“All this time I’ve watched you and Kate going through hell and I’ve done nothing. I’ve said nothing.”

Clearly struggling with his guilt, Gary continues: “I have wanted to say something so many times, I have, I really have.

“But how could I? How do you just admit something like that?”

Imran probes: “Are you saying what I think you are?”

Gary replies: “I’m not going to lie any more. Rana’s dead because of me.”

Viewers will have to wait to find out how Imran reacts to the shocking confession.

The confession comes after Gary finds out ex-girlfriend Sarah Platt has told police about his involvement in the factory roof collapse.

Gary actor Mikey North recently explained how the revelation will lead him to the “dark side.”

He said: “Gary is fuming that Sarah has shopped him.

“I maintain that Sarah is the reason he went out and did a lot of this stuff.

The star continued telling The Sun: “He loved her, and never meant to drag her into this. I think finding out Sarah reported him is another reason behind Gary going over to the dark side.

“Without Sarah, Gary has nothing to lose and that makes him more dangerous.”

Coronation Street returns to ITV on Monday, airing at 7:30pm and 8:30pm.
