The troubled mum-of-three sobs uncontrollably as she discusses her decision with her son Seb and their social worker.
Earlier this week, Abi went on a drugs and booze binge and ended up his hospital after going to see her twins, Charlie and Lexie, at their foster home.
Now, convinced she is unable to care for them, Abi decides to give them away for good next week.
In a new video released by the soap’s bosses, Abi is seen speaking to her social worker and Seb.
Through tears, she utters: “I’ve seen them together, Charlie and Lexie are happy.
“If I gave them up is this where they would go?”
When the social worker says it is likely, Seb shouts at his mum and desperately tries to get her to change her mind.
Even her social worker begs her to think carefully about her options, adding: Abi, Seb is right you need to think long and hard.
“Once a placement is made there is no going back. There are no visits and no contact apart from once a year letters.”
Angrily, Seb tries to make Abi think about what she is saying.
He tells her: “You wouldn’t sell them down the river, they would carry the rejection forever!”
Through tears, Abi replies: “Who would want this?
“You only stick with me because you don’t know better!”
Seb them storms out after shouting “You’re pathetic,” at Abi – leaving her shaking and crying.
