Before her romance with Alexander, Francesca was linked to actor Clifton Collins Jr.
She was also married to Jonah Hill's brother Jordan Feldstein in 2013, but the marriage was annulled a week later.
Feinstein died last December after suffering a blood clot in his leg. He was aged just 40.
