The 27-year-old looked amazing as she went for a dip in the sea under the watchful eye of her boyfriend Jeremy Meeks.
Chloe appears to have taken to motherhood with ease and looked completely relaxed as she soaked up the sunshine.
She has spent the past few days on board the super yacht, called The Lion Heart, owned by her dad, multi-millionaire Sir Philip Green.
Her baby son, Jayden, did not join Chloe and Jeremy for their afternoon dip in the sea.
Instead Chloe enjoyed some rest and relaxation and looked completely chilled out.
She wore a simple black bikini for her afternoon in the sun and pulled her long hair into a bun.
Jeremy couldn’t keep his eyes off her as she came back onto the ship.
As she grabbed a pink smoothie at the bar, he went up to give her a cuddle before helping to adjust her bikini bottoms.
Heiress Chloe announced the birth of her son Jayden with a sweet Instagram post.
She told her followers: “We are pleased to announce the birth of our beautiful baby boy Jayden Meeks-Green.
“Born May 29th 2018. Mommy and Baby both doing well.
“We kindly ask to respect our privacy please. Much love Chloe & Jeremy.”
An insider close to the couple told The Sun Online they were planning on staying on board The Lion Heart “for the next six months” after she gave birth on the yacht.
They explained: “Chloe had always dreamed of giving birth at sea – she feels comfortable there.
“She wants to be alone with her family and away from prying eyes while she adjusts to motherhood – and thinks that being on the yacht will be the best chance of that.
“The baby will have the best of everything.
“Jeremy is going along with it all – he just wants Chloe to be happy.”
