CHANELLE Hayes posted a throwback of herself from yesteryear as she continued to share her two stone weight loss journey with her Instagram followers last night.
The Big Brother star, 31, shared a snap of herself from a 2015 photo shoot and explained to her 98,000 social media fans that she has become her own "Monday motivation".
I am my own #MondayMotivation today. In these pictures I respected my body to fuel it correctly and to train it correctly. In return, I got the results I was after. I may never be this tiny or my skin as tight as this again, but I am treating my body with respect again and seeing the changes I want and deserve to be seeing. I have had ups and downs with my eating habits. But, as much as my mind wants to eat cheeseburgers, donuts and drink wine everyday, my body deserves to be healthy. Next week, I will be one week nearer to achieving my target than I am now. But right now I am feeling very positive with my progress. I am only ever competing with myself. . . . Ps- I was a size 6-8, 8st9lb in this pic – it was 2015. #fitness #inspire #motivate #weightloss #weightgain #weight #food #health #healthylifestyle #results #motivation #mondaymotivation #slimwithchanelle @celebrityslimuk

Reflecting on the photos, the mother-of-two told her fans that at the time the photos were taken she was in a place where she "respected her body" by eating and training correctly.
Now four years later, Chanelle added that she has got back to that same headspace and is treating her body with the same "respect" as she once did.
She penned alongside the throwback photos, which showed her at a tiny size 6 to 8: "I am my own #MondayMotivation today.
"In these pictures I respected my body to fuel it correctly and to train it correctly. In return, I got the results I was after.
"I may never be this tiny or my skin as tight as this again, but I am treating my body with respect again and seeing the changes I want and deserve to be seeing."
The reality star added that while she would love to cheat on her diet, her willpower to be healthy overpowers it and she's feeling positive.
She continued: "I have had ups and downs with my eating habits.
"But, as much as my mind wants to eat cheeseburgers, donuts and drink wine everyday, my body deserves to be healthy. Next week, I will be one week nearer to achieving my target than I am now.
"But right now I am feeling very positive with my progress. I am only ever competing with myself… Ps- I was a size 6-8, 8st9lb in this pic – it was 2015."
Last month, she revealed her stunning two stone weight loss – dropping from a size 18 to a 14 – but told fans she finds it hard to keep the weight off as she's "greedy".
The 31-year-old's weight has fluctuated over the years, admitting she finds it hard to recapture her focus when she "falls off the wagon."
Earlier this year Chanelle fought back tears as she revealed her regret at "not getting skinny like Cheryl" after she split from ex Ryan Oates in 2017.
The star appeared on This Morning after bikini pictures, which were taken prior to her two stone weight loss, emerged – leading to her being inundated with nasty remarks about her figure.
Looking very emotional, the single mum-of-two revealed she was shocked to see the images of herself and felt disheartened because they were taken before she started trying to get in shape again.
Speaking to Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, she said: "I've always had such a horrific relationship with food and my emotions, even when I was a size 4-6 I would still eat so healthily…
"Most people like Cheryl when they break up get so skinny, but then when I'm celebrating I'm thinking 'Oh my god yay let's go out for food!' Everything revolves around food I looked at the photos and looked horrendous."
The criticism she received for her latest bikini snaps proved difficult to deal with.
She continued: "It was extremely hurtful. Usually it's water of the duck’s back. There is no need to go there, I am trying really hard, especially with two kids. I have the willpower of the sloth.
"It's hurtful when people are like, 'you know you can be slim and be a mum'. I know that, but it is hard! Most of the time I would be like, 'get a grip of yourself' but sometime it hits a nerve."
It was one meme in particular that upset Chanelle, which featured a twin-up of herself with Helen Flanagan in their bikinis – alongside the joke that one was before Christmas and the other after.
"If it was a cartoon that would be funny," she said. "But I am a real person."
