Forget about the bikini-clad trials and tribulations of Love Island and all the talk about who’s foxtrotting off to Strictly.
There’s a new reality show storm brewing – and the line-up is expected to blow the competition away.
Yes, Celebrity Big Brother may now be in its 22nd series, but with the show’s future currently in question, producers have decided to bring out the big guns.
And when it launches tomorrow, there may be one person who’ll need to duck for cover – President Donald J Trump.
The famed Channel 5 series has one criteria for this year’s housemates – if you’ve not been at the centre of a scandal you’re not coming in.
So who better than the woman who’s already caused a tornado in the White House? Trump’s alleged mistress, porn star Stormy Daniels.
While show bosses are keeping tight-lipped on names until the launch show, sources say Stormy is ready to unleash a tempest in the house, with reports that she’ll be joined by fellow scandalistas.
They include outspoken former Cheers actress Kirstie Alley and rogue trader Nick Leeson, who cost Barings Banks £800million – causing its demise.
Creative Director Paul Osborne, who has been brought back from the US for his first series in 10 years, told the Daily Mirror: “What do we expect when you see our housemates? Your jaw to hit the floor. We’ve chosen the best possible housemates we can.”
Other names tipped for a spot in this series – nicknamed “Eye of the Storm” – include former Coronation Street star Ryan Thomas, kidnap victim Chloe Ayling, Princess Diana’s psychic Sally Morgan, Towie star Dan Osborne and Love Island’s Gabby Allen.
Dan split from EastEnders wife Jacqueline Jossa after rumours, that have since been denied, that he had flirted with Gabby while Jac was pregnant with their second child.
A show source said: “This year’s bosses are out to prove they mean business.
“They’re Britain’s original reality show and out to prove they’re still the biggest and the best.
“It will be a huge coup to have a woman linked to the serving President of the United States come into the house.
“Everyone will be hoping she’ll be Stormy by name and Stormy by nature.”
Porn star Stormy, real name Stephanie Clifford, is currently in the middle of multiple lawsuits against the president and his former attorney, Michael Cohen, claiming that Cohen gave her £102,000 ($130,000) as “hush money” in exchange for her silence about the alleged affair.
It is subject to an ongoing criminal investigation after claims the alleged money could have illegally come from his 2016 campaign fund.
Stormy, aged 39, had alleged that she met Trump in 2006 and they had sex in his hotel room – just months after third wife Melania gave birth to his youngest son Barron.

She later added that she had even spanked the now-president with a rolled up magazine as a joke.
Trump has vehemently denied all claims of cheating and misuse of funds, and has been suing Stormy for £15.6million. She is countersuing him and Cohen for defamation.
Overnight, Stormy caused a whirlwind of excitement when she tweeted: “For those excitedly believing I am going on a reality show to talk about Trump, I hate to rain on your parade.
“That is absolutely NOT gonna happen. I never said that.”
Yet at the same time the official Big Brother account had tweeted: “A strong storm is coming from across the Atlantic…
“Who do you think it’s forecast to blow in?”
Many have taken Stormy’s tweet as a sign she just does not intend to discuss the President – rather than not go in the house at all. After all, she might be in need of a few weeks away. And there could be worse places to spend it.
Bosses yesterday revealed the plush, tropical-themed house.
However, the company might be a bit fraught.
Fellow rumoured housemate Kirstie, 67 – who followed her Look Who’s Talking co-star John Travolta into Scientology – had previously been a vocal Trump supporter, before the “grab her by the pussy” expose.
Meanwhile Nick Leeson, who served six-and-a-half years in Singapore’s Changi Prison in the 1990s for bringing down Britain’s oldest bank, had seen his crimes turned into the 1999 Ewan McGregor film Rogue Trader.
No doubt the 51-year-old from County Galway will be last choice to manage the housemates’ shopping budget.
Also believed to be joining the motley crew is Chloe Ayling, 21, who has told of being kidnapped on a modelling assignment in Milan, drugged, bound, gagged and threatened with being sold as a sex slave.
She was given lots of flak when pictures of her shopping for shoes with one of her attackers surfaced,
But he was jailed for 16 years last month and Chloe said of her haters: “I didn’t lie…They’re just trying to make me look like a bad person.”
She had previously hoped to sell her story to Netflix, and just last month said of CBB: “No, I just wouldn’t do it.. At the moment.”
And Princess Diana’s psychic, Sally Morgan, 66, may be putting a bet on who will win CBB.
She worked with the Royal for nearly five years and has correctly guessed that Diana’s son Prince William would have two boys and a girl.
The final rumoured names include former Emmerdale actress Roxanne Pallett – who nearly died in a car crash last month and got engaged two weeks ago.
Also tipped to go in is the Marmite star of Married at First Sight, Ben Jardine, who only applied for divorce last week, loudmouth US reality star Natalie Nunn and surgery addict and human Ken doll Rodrigo Alves.
The show needs to whip up a storm after it pulled in 1.9 million viewers in its last outing – compared to the 3.6 million who tuned in for ITV rival Love Island’s final this summer.
Creative Director Paul is adamant this CBB will be a series to remember – and far from its last series.
It’s now little more than 24 hours until it all begins.
But if Stormy does decide to reign supreme this series, the real drama will no doubt be in the West Wing of a very different house.
