CAPTAIN America actress Mollie Fitzgerald admitted to killing her mom Patricia with a knife in a chilling 911 call before she was charged with the murder, according to a police dispatcher.
The Sun Online obtained exclusive dispatch audio from the December 20, 2019 incident.
In the 911 audio, an operator reports an “armed disturbance.”
The operator continued: “Matter with a knife. Perp is now saying she took the knife and killed her mother with it.”
According the Olathe Police Department offense report, the incident was reported at 11:58am before authorities found Particia, 68, dead in the home.
A knife was listed in the report as the weapon in the fatal stabbing.
Mollie, 38, was found at the scene and taken to the hospital for minor wounds, reports claim.
The actress was arrested and charged with second degree murder on Tuesday, December 31.
She is being held on $500,000 bond.
Mollie is in Johnson County Detention Center awaiting arraignment today at 1:30pm.
The disgraced daughter has been omitted from her mother’s obituary.
Patricia's obituary reads: “She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Maxine Hunziker and Harlon Hunziker; her husband Terry Fitzgerald; her siblings, Gary Hunziker, Terry L Hunziker and Nancy Ward.”
A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 3rd at the Divine Mercy Parish in Kansas.
A funeral mass will follow.
Patricia’s brother Gary Hunziker told the Kansas City Star: “We were shocked.
"It doesn’t matter the circumstances – the loss of a sister is what it’s all about.”
The Montgomery, Texas resident was in the process of moving back to Kansas City, according to her brother.
Mollie played Stark Girl in the 2011 film Captain America: The First Avenger.
She also had roles in 2014’s The Lawful Truth and 2018’s Trouble Is My Business.
