The comedy duo haven't posted anything for three months, but gave fans a treat when they shared an adorable photo from their hit 90s kids show.
In the sweet snap, a very young looking Ant and Dec, both 22 at the time, and their co-host Cat, can be seen posing together on the set of the CITV show.
SM:TV Live was first broadcast on August 29, 1998 and ran until December 27, 2003 and was a huge hit with children, teenagers and young adults.
It involved games and comedy sketches like The Further Adventures of Cat the Dog, Chums, Pokerap, Wonkey Donkey, Challenge Ant and many more.
Until Ant's recent troubles the show was due to have a one-off reunion show to celebrate two decades since it was first on.
Speaking at the BAFTAs in February 2017, Dec told to The Sun: “ITV have just agreed to it. They are on board now. We’ve had the first discussion now and it’s going to be August or September next year.
”We can’t say too much but we’re getting the team back together. It’ll be on Saturday morning again at 9.25.”
At the time Cat had also confirmed she would be joining the boys for the anniversary special.
But the show got shelved after Ant was convicted of drink driving and then headed back to rehab.
Meanwhile, until today's cute picture, the boys hadn't posted on Instagram since May 28.
They have had a social media silence while Ant gets his life back in order.
The last picture was of DEc getting ready to host BGT alone after Ant pulled out.
It was also revealed today that Holly Willoughby would be replacing Ant as Dec's co-host on the next series of I'm a Celebrity.
Holly said: “I couldn’t be more excited to have been asked to stand alongside Dec for the next jungle adventure.
"I love Ant and want to send him my best wishes and support for a continued recovery. These are big shoes, not to fill, but just to keep warm for a little bit."
