I was the ONLY person on my eight-hour flight – and I was treated like royalty

A BRIT has shared his weird experience after he ended up being the only person on a flight.

Kai Forsyth was the sole passenger on an eight-hour flight from the UK to the US – which would be a dream come true for some flyers.

The lad shared a video on Tiktok with the caption: "Maybe the weirdest experience", which showed his followers the deserted plane.

He wrote on the video: "The cabin crew said I was the only person onboard the flight."

To make himself comfortable, Kai took advantage of the space and made himself a bed across the empty seats in one of the rows.

He said: "It was eight hours so I set up a bed. Literally the comfiest I've been on a plane."

The perks didn't stop there – he revealed the flight attendants were more than happy to give him as much free food as he wanted while he enjoyed the flight.

He said: "They literally gave me all the snacks and unlimited food."

The video has been watched more than 60,000 times, and several people have commented asking why he wasn't upgraded to first class.

Kai revealed that he did ask to be upgraded but his request was shot down.

He said: "The flight attendants were sleeping in first class as there was no one to attend [to]."

He also said he had no idea why he was the only one on the flight, especially as the US recently reopened to the UK.
