A PASSENGER waiting to board his flight spotted a baggage handler getting in an early morning workout before his job.
EasyJet passenger Andy Lee made the discovery while boarding a flight from Manchester Airport to Alicante.
He tweeted: "@easyJet employee making the most of his spare time between loads #morningvibes."
In the video, the staff member could be seen by the door of the easyJet plane.
As the frame zoomed in, it's possible to see the man doing push-ups in the hold while the suitcases moved up towards him on the conveyor belt.
While waiting, he then did at least 21 press ups with ease.
Someone can be heard in the background of the video, saying: "He's testing the floor."
Just before the first bag enters the hold, he stopped and got back to his job.
The video was posted at 6:30am this morning, so the man was most likely trying to fit in some exercise before the busy day.
Baggage handlers have been spotted doing other things while working, including dancing.
A group of handlers danced to Queen's I want to Break Free in a tribute to lead singer Freddie Mercury.
A member of ground staff at South Africa also won praise online after being spotted carefully rearranging bags on the carousel for holidaymakers to retrieve.
Baggage handlers behaving badly have also been spotted before, after staff were caught throwing suitcases at Manchester Airport last year.
The following month, a similar situation at the airport saw bags being thrown onto the floor after being removed from a flight.
The airport apologised for the incidents and raised it with the baggage handling company.
