It's one of the most popular TV and broadband providers in the UK, but it seems that Virgin Media has crashed this afternoon.
According to DownDetector, the issues started at around 13:22, with problems reported across the UK.
While the nature of the issues remains unclear, of those who reported problems, 66% said they were with cable internet, 23% with mobile internet, and 9% with mobile phones.
Virgin Media claims that the issues are only affecting certain areas of Scotland, although many customers have also reported problems in England.
A spokesperson said: "We are aware of an issue affecting broadband and TV customers in some areas of Scotland. We are looking into this as a priority and apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
Several frustrated customers have taken to Twitter to express their concerns.
One user said: "As if Virgin Media has gone down in the middle of watching a movie pure raging!"
Another added: "My tv and broadband is down again. WTF am i paying for? If its not my mobile not working its this. Absolute pish."
Meanwhile, others suggested it was time to swap to another provider, such as one who wrote: "Again VirginMedia saying no problems, when it is down across South London. Useless service again. Anyone got any recommendations to switch to?"
Mirror Online has contacted Virgin Media for comment.
