Virgin Media customers are being offered a little something extra when taking out a new broadband contract. The internet supplier has released some new deals which not only offer a cut-priced web connection but also a SIM card for your smartphone. This means you pay one price for broadband at home and access to your daily digital life when you head out for the afternoon.
There are three plans available from Virgin Media right now and here’s what each offers.
M100 with Oomph: Includes average speeds of 108Mbps plus a smartphone SIM with 5GB of data and unlimited calls/texts.

It’s worth noting that none of these deals offer a landline for your home so make sure you are happy to use your mobile to make calls before signing up.
Virgin is also offering free set up for a limited time so you won’t pay anything to have things installed – usually £35.
If you want more than just broadband and a SIM for your phone then Virgin also has some decent discounts on its TV bundles with savings of up to £144 to be made.
The cheapest of these new deals is for the bigger bundle which includes over 220 channels, average broadband speeds of 108Mbps and Talk Weekends. This would usually cost £57 per month but that’s now been reduced to £45 – saving £144 over the 12-month contract.
If you want more channels then there’s also a price cut on the Bigger Bundle + Sports option. This is now £65 per month rather than £79 – plus there is now free setup for anyone who signs up.

Finally, Virgin has dropped the cost of its Ultimate Oomph bundle which includes over 270 channels, average broadband speeds of 516Mbps, an Unlimited SIM-only plan for your existing phone, and Talk More Anytime.
This premium service usually comes at a price of £89 per month but that’s now been dropped to £79 plus there’s free set up.
