From the floss to the electro-shuffle, Fortnite is known for its weird and wonderful dance moves.
But one rapper is seriously unimpressed with one move, and claims it was his creation.
Rapper 2 Milly says that Fortnite’s ‘Swipe It’ move is actually his signature dance move, The Milly Rock.
Speaking to CBS News, 2 Milly said: “Everybody was just like, ‘Yo, your dance is in the game.
“They actually sell that particular move. It’s for purchase. That’s when I really was like … oh nah, this can’t go on too long.”
2 Milly isn’t alone in his annoyance.
Chance The Rapper has also previously criticised Fortnite for stealing dance moves, and suggested that the game should have the ‘actual rap songs’ behind the dances.
However, 2 Milly might have problems challenging Epic Games.
Speaking to CBS, entertainment lawyer, Merlyne Jean-Louis explained that it’s difficult to copyright dance moves.

Ms Jean-Louis explained: “There’s a lot of case lawsuits surrounding the copyright of music. Lyrics. Sounds. There’s a full body of case law related to that. But regarding choreographic works, that does not exist.”
