The 23-year-old was taking on Rhea Ripley when she launched herself out of the ring to attack her Australian opponent.
Video footage released by WWE shows the moment Nox was in agonising pain as she slammed the stairs in frustrations.
The Welsh-born performer even tried to continue her fight and was dropped to the ground by her opponent, slamming her knee off the floor.
Eventually the pain got too much and she collapsed to the ground in crippling pain.
In heartbreaking footage after the event, it shows medics cutting off her leg straps to help treat her injury.
WWE legend Triple H then consoles her as she breaks down in tears.
Nox took to social media to share the extent of her injuries and revealed how overwhelmed she was at the support shown.
In a lengthy statement she wrote: "I was diagnosed with numerous injuries to the left leg which included: dislocated knee cap, torn MCL & LCL.
"I completely tore my ACL and both meniscus, bone contusions and I had a second fracture on my left tibia.
"Basically my knee exploded and I made a huge mess!!
"Triple H was one of the first of many people there and I'll never forget the words he said. He said 'this is just a bump in the road.'"
The incident happened back in August but only now has Nox and WWE revealed the extent of the damage and a video of the incident.
Nox would add: "We're already 2 months into rehab and it's going amazingly, we're right on track and smashing goals already!!"
