Erick Rowan, 36, tore his bicep while competing at SummerSlam on Sunday.
And that means the scheduled no disqualification rematch for the belts with The New Day tonight has been cast into doubt.
Rowan, real name Joseph Charles Ruud, will visit a specialist tomorrow to see whether it is a partial or full tear.

Rowan signed for WWE in 2011 and quickly aligned with current tag team partner Luke Harper as part of The Wyatt Family led by Bray Wyatt.
While in NXT, Harper and Rowan successfully won the NXT tag belts and were called up to main roster.
