With Manchester City, Walsh has won the Super League in 2016, the Women's FA Cup three times and the Women's League Cup four times.
In 2022 she signed with FC Barcelona and left the UK for Spain.
With Barcelona she won the Women's Champions League, La Lifa F and the Supercopa de España Femenina in the 2022/23 season.

Walsh made her debut for the England squad on November 28, 2017 and has been playing for England for six years.
On September 4, 2018 she was the youngest player to start a match as captain of England.
She was named Player of the Match in the Women's Euros final against Germany in 2022.
Walsh is part of the England squad in the Women's World Cup in Australia in 2023.
She said to inews about playing for England : “Everybody always talks about positive experiences but my first tournament wasn’t great.
"I got a lot of criticism and I wasn’t in the best shape mentally.
"It was a tough tournament and for some of the younger players it’s good to hear that and know that it’s not all plain sailing.
“I knew what to expect but when you get there it’s a different story, the focus and the media on the World Cup is so much more intense than the Euros."
