Oxford became the Hammers youngest-ever player when he appeared in the Europa League at the age of 16.
An impressive Premier League debut soon followed as he helped the East London side to victory at Arsenal on the opening day of the 2015/16 campaign.
But the England-20 defender has since become frustrated at being dumped in the West Ham U23 squad.
Oxford, who is 20 next month, believes there have been three bids of between £10m-£20m for his services.
But he is concerned the club may try to flog him to Borussia Monchengladbach where he spent last season on loan.
Oxford, who has also had a stint at Reading, still has two-and-a-half years to run on his contract.
And he is determined to at least stay and fight for a spot in Manuel Pellegrini’s squad once the window re-opens in the new year.

The teen has yet to make a first-team appearance under the Chilean this term.
His only outings have come for the U23s in the EFL Trophy back in September and in the Premier League 2.
