Watch frustrated Brit Harriet Dart SMASH her racket after crashing out of Wimbledon in first round | The Sun

FUMING Harriet Dart smashed her racket as she became the first Brit to be knocked out of Wimbledon.

It was looking hunky dory for the Hampstead-born 26-year-old when from two early breaks she roared back to win the first set 7-6 on a tiebreak against France’s Diane Parry.

But she suffered a bagel in the second set as she was walloped in just 32 minutes, leaving her fuming and throwing her water bottle.

She was unable to produce another epic fightback in the final set and handed two match points to Parry.

Dart will still rake in a staggering £55,000 while 20-year-old Parry progresses into the second round of the tournament.

She will take on Croatian Petra Martic, who is seeded 30th for the tournament despite failing to make it past the fourth round in seven appearances at SW19.
