The three-weight world champion has confirmed he will scrap the WBO champ in New York on December 8.
The current reigning WBA lightweight champ was filmed completing a series of drills highlighting just how talented the 30-year-old is.
They include juggling four balls at a single time and keeping a flyer in the air by continuously throwing accurate punches.
Another exercise shows Lomachenko balancing just on his hands and skips across the ring by alternating between his wrists and knuckles.
When quizzed on the different tasks, the boxer put it down to the work of his father and trainer Anatoly.
He told Sky Sports: "He is my coach and these exercises are from him, they are good for your coordination,"
Lomachenko will be looking to improve his 11-1 record when he takes on Pedraza later this year.
He heads into the bout on the back of an impressive victory over Jorge Linares to become the fastest man to win three world titles in three different weight divisions.
The winner of the highly-anticipated fight could take on Mikey Garcia for his WBC title next year.
Talking of the fight, he said: "I am ready to fight an excellent opponent like Jose Pedraza,
“My goal has always been to unify the titles, and Pedraza is standing in my way.
“There is something special about fighting in New York City and at Madison Square Garden. The fans in New York City are true boxing fans, and I can’t wait to put on another spectacular performance for them.”
“I am grateful to have this opportunity, since I didn’t get the chance to unify titles when I was champion in the junior lightweight division"
Lomachenko will be cheering on close friend Oleksandr Usyk when he takes on Tony Bellew in November.
But he told Sky Sports he is unsure who will come out on top.
He said: "I don't know [who will win], it's boxing, but this fight will be history,
"It's two tough guys and for the fans it's a very good fight. Usyk is Olympic champion, he is a smart fighter and he looks like a small Lomachenko."
