The Gypsy King is well and truly back in boxing's big time after his incredible return to the sport.
And first on the agenda is a rematch against Wilder – and righting the wrong of their previous draw.
Back on December 1 in Los Angeles, Fury, 30, was denied one of the greatest comebacks in sport as the judges couldn't separate him and Wilder.
It meant the 33-year-old American kept hold of his WBC heavyweight world title.
But Part II is firmly on the agenda according to Fury's promoter Frank Warren.
In his New Year Column, the Hall of Fame promoter wrote: “We want to make the fights that matter and that is what we will do.
“Those are the only fights Tyson Fury is interested in after reasserting himself as the world’s best heavyweight.
“He may not have the belts, but he is top of the charts again now and we are working on his rematch with Wilder."
With Warren confident Fury can claim the WBC strap that he feels he was robbed of in the winter, all eyes will be on a battle of Britain blockbuster against Joshua.
Warren added: "After [Wilder] he will want Anthony Joshua.
"And there is no reason from our side why this shouldn’t become a reality.
“It is a fight the British public will demand to see before too long.”
The Gypsy King has been preparing for the rematch by knuckling down with trainer Ben Davison at a gym in Marbella, Spain.
And the 30-year-old has called out the undefeated American in a hilarious video just five weeks after their thrilling bout at the Staples Centre.
Fury told BT Sport: "I'm retaining my fitness really. I'm fit now as I was then, same kind of thing.
"I'm ready to fight. Wilder, let's get the fight mate, don't s*** yourself now mate."
