JOSE MOURINHO joined a host of Serie A stars by making a stand against violence towards women this weekend.
The legendary former Chelsea and Manchester United boss is currently in charge of Italian club Roma.
He was in the dug-out yesterday to see his team secure a 3-1 victory over Udinese at the Stadio Olimpico.
However, the 60-year-old was spotted watching on with a red mark on his cheek.
And a number of other players, coaches and referees made a stance against violence towards women.
The mark represents a lipstick mark and is part of a campaign called “show violence towards women the red card”.

That is in line with Italy observing their annual International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.
And that comes amid the national outrage over the Italian man that is accused of murdering his ex-girlfriend being extradited from Germany.
A number of protests have been held across the country, most notably in Rome, with more planned for further cities over the upcoming days.
Mourinho was among those happy to show his support and sport the red mark while his side were in action.
