Track Good 4 and Rail true so should play nice and even
Race 1 CL2 HCP (1600m)
Can be tricky in the small field, but Randwick-based 1. Bull Market found the line nicely second-up in stronger company at Warwick Farm, and this looks the right trip, despite big weight. Rider will ensure he has momentum before the turn. The one to beat!
Dangers: Warwick Farm mare 3. Uber Lux isn't the strongest type over a mile, but last run here behind a progressive galloper was good, and appears well weighted fourth-up. Newcastle gelding 4. Faith In Kind improved to easily win his maiden at Cessnock and will be finishing on under a luxury weight after rider's 3kg claim. Warwick Farm-trained 2. Resonare completes the first four set.
How to play it: Bull Market to win and first four 1/2-3-4

Race 2 MAIDEN HCP (1000m)
Debutants against those resuming in an intriguing 3YO sprint, but power filly 5. Modernity (Foxwedge x Palia by Last Tycoon) looks a near good thing off her cracking trial wins at Rosehill and Warwick Farm where she ran the quickest maiden time of the morning in soft going sitting wide!
Dangers: Nicely-bred filly 3. Chilled Rose (Artie Schiller x Run For Roses by Danehill) also looks ready to go after a dominant trial win in good time; while 6. Nature (Dream Ahead x Cavalry Road by Charge Forward) chased home Modernity in latest trial and will be fit enough.
How to play it: Modernity to win and quinella 3 and 5
Race 3 C, G & E MAIDEN PLATE (1200m)
Now for the 3YO boys alone, and keen on Godolphin gelding 6. Pindus finally nailing his maiden at eighth start. Was strong to the line in a good maiden at Gosford on Cup day, and fourth-up looks ready to peak.
Dangers: Warwick Farm-trained 2. Coolgardie just missed on debut this track when heavily-backed favourite, and will be right in the finish from a good gate. Newcastle-trained 5. Lifetime Quest comes out of that same maiden this track when finishing just in front of Pindus after racing on speed; while both 1. Arraign and 3. Cry Of Achilles have been given plenty of time at the trials, but likely to need the experience.
How to play it: Pindus to win and quinella 2 and 6
Race 4 BM 64 HCP (1200m)
Competitive race, but like former Victorian 5. Sergeant having his second run in NSW for Godolphin after a nice closing effort when resuming this track and grade three weeks back.
Dangers: Newcastle 4YO 4. Sausolito worked home nicely behind the place-getters last start, and now hard fit, gets his chance from inside draw. Wyong mare 7. Joy For Us was unwanted in betting last start here, but still hit the line nicely from a mile back, and will improve again second-up, with leading rider sticking.
How to play it: Sergeant to win and box exacta 4-5-7
Race 5 BM 70 HCP (1100m)
Local mare 4. Second Island is a smart finisher on the fresh side, and closed nicely in a recent trial after being restrained at the back in the early part. Prefer drawn outside horses and should be charging home.
Dangers: Orange visitor 5. Fine Hero was good late just missing in a BM 66 on Cowra Cup day, and three runs back was only beaten 3.6 lens in a strong Highway at Randwick. Well placed after the rider's claim. Wyong 4YO 2. Invincible Gangsta finished off nicely resuming in similar grade at Warwick Farm, and from the good gate, should be in the finish again. Goulburn-trained 1. Stone Cold loomed up, but weakened badly in that same race at Cowra, but gets serious weight relief after the claim for second-up run.
How to play it: Second Island each-way and box trifecta 4-5/1-2-4-5
Race 6 2YO MAIDEN PLATE (1000m)
Big watch on several first starters at set weights, but Randwick filly 11. Satin Socks has race experience from the Group 3 Gimcrack in the spring behind the very smart and current Blue Diamond favourite Catch Me. Looked strong on-speed & under a hold in a recent trial that offered plenty of depth.
Dangers: Well-bred gelding 3. Soami (So You Think x Longoria by Lujain) closed off nicely in a Rosehill trial & could easily have won it. Looks forward for his debut. Powerful-looking filly 4. Belitsa (Rubick x Beaver Rocks by Fastnet Rocks) – stablemate of 11 – draws a nice gate and had them all covered a long way from home in a Wyong trial earlier this month; Another Randwick debutant 1. All Cylinders (Testa Rossa x Star Of The Screen by Conatus) won a home trial & again looked strong closing off recently, but was pushed out; while big watch too on filly 7. Lilly Pilly (Snitzel x Fleur De'here by Dehere) who has natural speed but was pushed right out in a Warwick Farm trial. Include un-raced Randwick filly 10. Pierro Rose (Pierro x Rose Of Sharon by Encosta De Lago) in wider exotics.
How to play it:
Satin Socks to win and first four 3-4-11/1-3-4-7-10-11
Race 7 F & M MAIDEN PLATE (1200m)
Keen on Hawkesbury filly 8. Lagarde back from a Gold Coast bid where she finished hard at big odds behind Terminology in a strong Magic Millions maiden. That was her first run in 10 weeks, so naturally fitter and from good barrier, she will be hard to stop.
Dangers: Godolphin filly 11. Quenya is a threat fourth-up after a fast-finishing effort at Kembla; while Randwick filly 12. Making Whoopee (High Chaparrel x Honeymoon Cruise by Fastnet Rock) looked good in a smart trial win but draws wide for debut. Warwick Farm filly 10. Menagerie had plenty of time at the trials before an encouraging debut this track when heavily-backed, but has drawn the outside barrier.
How to play it: Lagarde to win
